Program Description

• The Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces have launched four new challenges to support innovative solutions to key defence questions. The four challenges are as follows:
  • Stay connected: Seamless transitions between mobile broadband networks
  • Unmasking biothreats: Identifying biological agents in the field
  • Don’t skip a beat: Medical diagnostics and sensing for combat operations
  • Extended communication coverage: Exploiting connections of Earth and space systems
